Go-to-market advice, without the retainer.
You don't always need a six-month engagement. Sometimes you need an experienced go-to-market strategist to pressure-test your plan, poke holes in your assumptions, and tell you what to do first. That's what these sessions are for.
Clarity on what to do next.
- A pressure test of your target audience and ideal customer
- Feedback on your launch sequence and timing
- Channel priorities based on where your buyers actually are
- A clearer story for your pricing and value
- A written recap with your top three next moves
Book a session when…
- You're about to launch and want a gut check first
- You built the product and now you need customers
- You're not sure which audience to go after first

Go-to-market strategy from experience.
I'm Courtney Greenwood, founder of Greenwood Marketing Collective. I've spent 20 years in marketing, 13 of them leading product marketing and go-to-market strategy, and I've been the founding product marketer more than once. Today I work with founders across industries through incubators and accelerators, so I see a lot of decks, launch plans, and homepages. I know what lands and what quietly loses people.

Go-to-market consultation questions
What is a go-to-market consultation?
It is a working session focused on how you bring your product to market: who you sell to, what you say, which channels you use, and in what order. You leave with clear priorities instead of a long list of maybes.
What should I bring?
Whatever you have. A launch plan, a pitch deck, your website, or just a description of where you are stuck. I will review anything you send ahead of time.
Do I need a retainer?
No. These are hourly sessions. If you later want ongoing help, I also offer fractional CMO support, but there is no obligation.
What industries do you work with?
All of them. I work with founders across industries through incubators and accelerators, with deep experience in software and healthcare.
How much does it cost?
A one-hour session is $150. The Strategy Bundle gives you 3 or 5 hours at a discount.
