Pitch Deck Review · Hourly

A pitch deck review that tells you the truth.

Your deck has to make a stranger care in about three minutes. I go through it slide by slide, find where the story loses people, and help you fix the narrative before it goes in front of investors, partners, or a pitch competition panel.

Great for

Bring me your deck when…

  • You have a pitch coming up and want a second set of eyes
  • You're prepping for a demo day or pitch competition
  • Your deck has too many slides and not enough story
  • You've gotten polite interest but no follow-up
  • You need a sales deck that sounds like a human wrote it
Questions founders bring me

Real questions, real answers.

Every deck is different, but these come up constantly.

“Is my problem slide actually a problem anyone cares about?”
“Why does my market slide feel like a guess?”
“How do I explain what we do in one sentence?”
“What slide should I cut?”
“Does my traction slide undersell us?”
“How do I talk about competitors without sounding defensive?”

Who you're talking to

A product marketer, not just a pitch coach.

I'm Courtney Greenwood, founder of Greenwood Marketing Collective. I've spent 20 years in marketing, 13 of them leading product marketing and go-to-market strategy, and I've been the founding product marketer more than once. Today I work with founders across industries through incubators and accelerators, so I see a lot of decks, launch plans, and homepages. I know what lands and what quietly loses people.

Pitch deck review questions

How does a pitch deck review work?

Send your deck when you request a session. I review it ahead of time, then we go through it together on Zoom so we spend the hour on fixes, not first impressions. You get a written recap within 24 hours.

Do you design the slides?

No. I focus on the story, structure, and messaging, which is what makes or breaks a deck. If you need a designer afterward, I'm happy to point you to a few good ones.

Can you review a sales deck instead of an investor deck?

Yes. Sales decks, partner decks, and conference presentations all benefit from the same review, and the questions are often the same.

What industries do you work with?

All of them. I work with founders across industries through incubators and accelerators, and I bring deep experience in software and healthcare.

How much does it cost?

A 30-minute Quick Take is $100 and a full hour is $175. If you want to iterate on your deck, the Strategy Bundle includes multiple sessions and an async review.
